Osteo-Form SA Powder is a natural source of readily assimilable calcium and phosphorus. It is designed to aid in the prevention of dietary deficiencies of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamins A and D in dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles.

Dosage: For dogs and cats, give 1 to 2 slightly rounded teaspoonfuls for each 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of body weight per day as needed. Evaluate the entire diet for reptiles and avians, as many diets are low in calcium and high in phosphorus.

Administration: Osteo-Form SA can be added to daily rations or mixed with milk or water. To ensure proper adhesion to dry food, slightly moisten the food with water. Each slightly rounded teaspoonful contains approximately 4 grams. A teaspoon measure is included. When used as a maintenance dietary supplement, consider calcium and phosphorus from other food sources.
